About Us
Prime Ship Management and Consulting Limited is an indigenous Ghanaian business established on 17th October 2019 and has been duly registered under the Ghana Companies Act, 1963 (Act 170). Established in October 2019, Prime Ship Management is the first indigenously accredited ship management company in Ghana. We hold a Document of Compliance (DOC) by DNV and a ship management license from the Ghana Maritime Authority.
We currently manage five multipurpose dry cargo ships and one offshore tug/supply vessel, providing technical, commercial, operations, and crew management services. Our management team is led by experienced Ghanaian marine professionals and an administrative team with specialties in Finance, Procurement, HR, IT and Marketing.
